No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. The leather is stiff and shiny, the logo is metal and engraved, the zippers are smooth and branded, and the interior is lined with Prada logo fabric. i bought the Chloe bag in black for $299 us, it arrived in around two weeks to Perth Australia. I love it, it's solidly built it looks exactly like the Chloe Nile. the gold is quite a yellow gold but that doesn't put me off. it did take a few emails to Dolabuy to confirm my order was dispatched however i believe that the processing may also be for posting because the day i received it the order was marked as complete. i was skeptical but i love my bag and would not hesitate to buy another!

I own at least 20 real Louis and they’re close enough only I’d know. If you’re going into it thinking these are the real then you’ll be disappointed when they’re not but I think it’s worth the $

Not sure about the reviews below but mine is definitely real! The bag arrived after about.. 3-4 weeks? Not entirely sure, but the seller was communicative about delays and very friendly. The bag itself is weighty, it feels so real it’s shocking! The inside lining is all black so it matches the bag. The zip inside is very stiff but good quality, and it came with the celine crossbody strap (which is black). At first I didn’t know if there was much space inside but the lining is actually cut perfectly to fit the saddle shape of the bag, so after tucking it into all the nooks and crannies this bag fit my purse, my tobacco, my car keys, and my phone! There’s definitely room for more too. I’m so so so so happy with this and genuinely recommend it to anyone who wants a flawless replica! (P.S mine came in a beautiful illustrated Celine box with receipts and a dust bag!)

They quickly answered all the questions I had and it’s really nice to see they are very professional in their customer service. I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good.
