I just received my latest order from Dolabuy. Words cannot describe how thrilled I am and how grateful I am to Tracy for making it possible for me to have this beautiful bag at a price I can afford. I placed my order on Nov 14 and received it on Nov 28. It only took 14 days to arrive. And beautifully packaged in the gorgeous Louis Vuitton box just like it came from Paris. I ordered the Speedy 30 with the strap. The Bandolier. It is perfect in every possible way. There is not one single thing that is different from the authentic. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! Payment information should arrive shortly. Be patient. In 7 to 10 days, you will receive your tracking number (after payment is made). Wait for your order to be processed and sent to the shipping company. Now wait for the shipping company to process your order. If you’re skeptical, add a pre-paid credit card to your PayPal account. Total time is 2 weeks or so. Be patient and your order will arrive.

No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before.
